The traveler assumes complete responsibility for, and hereby releases us from any duty of checking and verifying and any and all passport, visa, vaccination or any other entry requirements of each destination, and all safety and security conditions of such destinations, during the length of the proposed travel. Purchase of Airline tickets, hotel reservations and car rental is an agreement between the traveler and the airline, hotel and rental car. We ae not liable for any action, omission or negligence of any Airline, Hotel or Rental Car Company.
By purchasing tickets, you have agreed to all airline tariffs. All charges, taxes, fees and penalties are fully disclosed. It is your responsibility to agree to these prior to purchasing. Any attempt to circumvent payment by reversing charges on a credit card will be subject to collection expenses, and attorney's fees.
Refund and Ticketing Policy
We want you to know all of the details before purchasing your airline ticket. If others are traveling with you, you as the credit card holder are accepting the following responsibilities.
Refunds
Cancel and change penalties are outlined prior to your final purchase. Please note these are minimum penalties, and do not include fare increases. If an airline waives all penalties, you will still incur a minimum of $75 per person service fee from this agency.
If you fail to show up for your flight, and have not cancelled directly with the airline prior to the flight's departure, your tickets have no value.
Airline tickets are never transferable to another person.
The passenger is responsible for all travel documents and information, including but not limited to: Passports / Visas / Transit Visas / Immunizations required and / or recommended / baggage limitations / state department warnings.
